Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:  

We offer free standard and rural shipping on all orders over $70 within New Zealand. For orders under $70, shipping costs start from $6.00.

Please Note: We are unable to send parcels to New Zealand Post PO Box or Private Bag.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Orders are processed Mon-Sun, excluding public holidays and items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.

All parcels are shipped using NZ Posts next working day Courier service. The delivery target is a guide only and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the time stated. Delivery outside major towns and cities, and rural or remote areas will take longer.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. The email will contain tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Change of Delivery Address:

We can change the delivery address if the order has not shipped.

Missing or Lost Package:

If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us by e-mail at orders@nztrinkets.co.nz and we will request an investigation with the courier company.

Damage During Transit:

Please ensure you inspect the parcel and if there are signs of damage which may have occurred during transit, please sign as “damaged” and contact us immediately. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to us and either repaired or replaced. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We are unable to send overseas at present but we’re working on a solution. Follow us on Facebook and we’ll keep you informed.
